Dr. Gray is a Licensed Clinical Psychologist and the owner of Pathways Unlimited, Inc. She has provided psychological services for over 25 years in the Metropolitan Atlanta area. She has worked in a variety of mental health settings, including inpatient psychiatry, university based clinic, and private practice. She has worked with clients across the life span, providing individual, family, couples and group therapy; and psychological assessments. She also provides post-doctoral supervision and mentoring; life coaching; and seminars.

Dr. Gray provides individual and family psychotherapy to children, adolescents, and adults experiencing depression, anxiety, grief issues, self-esteem issues, relationship issues, work related stress, behavior problems, ADHD, “attitude” problems and life transitions. She assists parents and teachers in creating behavior management programs that encourage and supports behavior changes in her young clients. Dr. Gray teaches clients to express their feelings appropriately so that the need to act out their feelings behaviorally is significantly reduced.   She supports her clients in developing coping strategies that makes life work more effectively.

Dr. Gray received her Bachelors of Arts in Psychology in 1982 from Oberlin College in Oberlin, Ohio. She received her Masters of Arts in Psychology in 1986 and her Doctorate of Philosophy in Clinical Psychology in 1997 from Georgia State University. In 2000, Dr. Gray founded Pathways Unlimited, Inc., to provide psychological services to children, adolescents and adults. Her goal is to help her clients see their world differently, and to empower them to make changes in their lives or to develop strategies to cope with life’s stressors. Most importantly she is committed to having her clients recognize that while life may not be working the way you would like, the pathways for change or success are unlimited.
